Expensive Solution for Short Driveway on Busy Road: Install a Turntable

This house on Strand Road in Dublin, Ireland has a very short driveway. Because it is illegal (and dangerous) to reverse out of the driveway onto the main road, and because turning the car around in such a narrow space is a pain in the neck, the homeowner has had this installed:
