West Coast Customs Realizes Rolls-Royce’s “Floating” Concept Car

Rolls-Royce typically doesn’t do concept cars, but four years ago they rolled out their first, the 1030EX Vision 100:

Awesomer reports that the client is one Justin Bieber; that’s his 2019 Wraith under the custom body.
