Re-Released: This Handsome Manual Kitchen Slicer From 1956

You’ve already seen Graef’s lustworthy modern-day food slicers. Of a completely different aesthetic, but still quite eye-catching, is their recent re-release of one of their classic products: The Manuale H 1920, a hand-cranked design from 1956.

The machine as all-metal–no plastic here–save for the wooden handle, and the rubber no-slip feet that prevent the unit from sliding around on your countertop.

“It cuts through bread, sausage and ham just as easily as its electric ‘siblings,’” the company writes. “The four suction rubber feet give the machine a secure, firm stand. The removable stainless steel slide enables quick and easy cleaning.”

Lastly, the €129.99 (USD $152) machine comes with a nifty throwback: A “high quality tinplate lunch box.”
