Here’s an interesting concept, but I can’t say it qualifies beyond Safety Theater. The Glasses Mask, a Japanese product, is a sheet of transparent PET that attaches to your eyeglasses and supposedly serves as a face mask.
Looking at the instructions for just one of the installation options (there are three total), I am not confident that the average consumer would get this right:
Beyond the difficulty of installation, I just don’t see what benefit the mask offers; it has some of the protection of a face shield, but the obvious gaps around the face make this seem like a poor choice for a face mask.
