Located in the Los Angeles metropolitan area, the port is North America’s largest small-craft harbor, capable of housing more than 5,000 boats. In addition to pleasure craft, Marina del Rey is frequented used by Catalina Island ferries, commercial fishing vessels, and whale watching boats.
