Hi-Tech Social Distancing Rig for Soccer Dribbling Practice With a Partner

This was posted to the Instagram account of Daniil Krapivnikov, a rising, Nike-sponsored 17-year-old soccer star from Russia. Here he’s getting in some hi-tech dribbling practice in the time of social distancing:

I’m assuming the lights are fake because 1) The timing of them seems off, and 2) How the heck would this work? But as a concept, it’s fantastic. Next we’d like to see the Connect Four version.
