An Inside Look at Our 2019 Core77 Design Awards Trophies

When it comes to manufacturing our Core77 Design Awards trophies year after year, the fabricators we ask to carry out the task of producing them must have an eye for precision and perfection. That’s why we were excited to work this year with 3ERP to produce a 2019 Core77 trophy that gives care to all details of the production.

Our Core77 Design Awards trophies aren’t just a decorative emblem of each winner’s success. The trophies were designed also as a working mold that can be used to create countless duplicates out of wax, rubber, even chocolate, meaning each one produced demand accuracy both inside and out.

In addition to rapid prototyping, 3ERP offers low-volume manufacturing, which allows us to provide 36 individually customized, impeccably finished trophies. The aluminum trophies were produced using precision CNC milling combined with careful hand finishing for a beautiful result!

Thanks to the team at 3ERP, these trophies were completed in a matter of just a few weeks and are en-route to all of our 2019 Core77 Design Awards winners as we speak.
