Colorful narrowboats are docked at Wigrams Turn Marina in Warwickshire County, England. These boats can be quite long, but are no more than 7 feet (2.13 meters) wide, allowing them to navigate narrow British canals. Thanks to restoration projects, much of England’s 18th century canal system remains navigable today, used mostly for leisure boating.
