Starman experiencing the Overview Effect following yesterday’s Falcon Heavy Rocket launch by SpaceX. If you haven’t seen the news yet, the company completed the first test of its most powerful rocket ever, and successfully landed 2 of 3 rockets used in the launch. The rocket was carrying the red Tesla Roadster of Elon Musk, which also had a mannequin (aka Starman) strapped into the driver seat and outfitted in the newest Spacex spacesuit. The success of this launch gives SpaceX momentum to develop even larger rockets that could power human travel to Mars.
