Check out this Overview of Cognac, France that we made for our friends @brennewhisky! Since the 1920’s their farm has been growing organic heirloom barley in this region and has used a method known as crop rotation — a tactic where different crops are grown in the same area over multiple seasons. This sustainable harvesting practice reduces soil erosion and increases crops yields. Check out @brennewhisky to learn more about their story!
