Tyrannosaurus Rex Allowed to Compete on “American Ninja Warrior”

In a surprise move, this week the producing team behind American Ninja Warrior decided to allow a Tyrannosaurus Rex to compete on the fabled course. The 65-million-year-old, five-ton beast had to battle more than the obstacles; the creature’s disproportionately short arms and lack of upper body strength put him at a distinct disadvantage, as did the pressure of being ANW’s first competitor from the Cretaceous Period.
