A Florida lawyer who rails against drunk drivers in commercials and on his website was charged with driving under the influence on Sunday morning when he was pulled over for speeding in his Lamborghini through a 35 MPH zone.

David Maloney was arrested a little after 2 a.m. before reportedly being released about eight hours later, on $500 bond.

“I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again,” Maloney says in a commercial. “If you drink and you drive, and you hurt someone, don’t call me. I’m not gonna represent you.”

“If anything,” he continues, “I’m going to be the one going after you.” Read more…
